Put your expertise in the spotlight
As the subject matter expert in compensation at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, you will be a pillar to design, implement, and manage compensation programs to attract, engage and retain employees. You will play a critical role in ensuring our compensation strategies align with the overall talent management strategic priorities and support our business objectives.
 
Responsibilities:
·  Strongly contribute to the design and lead the administration and communication of competitive compensation programs aligned with our compensation philosophy;
·  Be a key partner and ally to the Talent Partners and other stakeholders on all compensation-related matters;
·  Provide analytical expertise through modeling and advanced analytics to develop and support data-driven compensation recommendations;
·  Perform job evaluations and compensation benchmarking analysis to assess and maintain internal equity and external competitiveness for roles across all levels within the Company;
·  Develop and deliver training to educate leaders, managers and employees on our compensation philosophy, programs, and policies;
·  Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive and in line with market practices;
·  Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our compensation programs and recommend improvements when needed;
·  Lead various global processes: annual salary increase process and management of variable compensation incentive programs;
·  Oversee the retirement savings programs in Canada and the US, including being the point of contact for trustees, consultants and auditors, as well as be the subject matter expert for internal teams. 
 
We want to meet you if:
·  You have a university degree in business administration, human resource management or any related field.
·  You have 7+ years of compensation experience.
·  You are a strong communicator and diplomatic. You are a strong partner with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
·  You have excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills, all of which are important to advocate for compensation across the organization.
·  You are highly organized and self-disciplined – a self-leader.
·  You enjoy sharing your knowledge in compensation to elevate those around you.
·  You have a strong ability to forge consultative relationships with colleagues within the Talent function and around the organization.
·  You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
